Overview

Journoa is a B2B growth marketing engine that acts as an intelligence layer over existing funnel data. It connects to tools like HubSpot, PostHog, spreadsheets, and product events to automatically diagnose where the customer acquisition funnel is leaking. By analyzing visit, lead, signup, activation, deal, and renewal stages, it identifies the weakest point and recommends a concrete, named growth play to address it. The engine operates through a deterministic seven-stage pipeline—classify, signals, conditions, assessments, growth map, pick, and render—ensuring full traceability from input data to recommendation. Every suggestion carries a confidence rating based on data quality and sample size, and the system explicitly states missing evidence rather than making assumptions. With 33 predefined plays, 60 funnel signals, and 30 golden cases derived from research and edge-case testing, the engine mimics the reasoning of an experienced growth marketer. Journoa is designed for transparency and privacy: it accesses minimal data, shows exactly what it used, and deletes all information upon request. It is not a dashboard, chatbot, or autopilot that spends money; instead, it provides a clear diagnostic and an actionable next step that users must approve before implementation. Built in the open, the project shares progress via a waitlist and build notes, with a commitment to remaining free to use. Currently, the core pipeline can generate recommendations, with growth map and plain-language outputs in active development. Planned integrations include HubSpot, PostHog, Slack, and Resend, though the tool already works with forms, CSVs, and manual notes. The engine’s playbook is seeded from published research and will be tuned by measured outcomes as more data is collected, ensuring continuous improvement without compromising user privacy.
