Nudgile is an AI-integrated collaborative retrospective board designed for agile engineering teams.

Use Cases ▼
01

Running sprint retrospectives with structured phases and anonymous feedback

02

Enabling AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) to add observations directly to retro boards

03

Automating retrospective note submission from CI pipeline failures via CLI

04

Analyzing team sentiment and recurring friction across multiple retros

05

Syncing action items to project management tools like Jira or Linear

06

Quickly setting up consistent retro formats using pre-built templates

What Problem It Solves ▼

Agile teams run retrospectives frequently but often lack a structured tool that captures actionable insights over time and integrates with their existing workflows and AI assistants. Nudgile solves this by providing a collaborative retro board that tracks historical patterns, reduces meeting overhead, and allows AI agents and CI jobs to interact with the board just like human teammates, ensuring retros become a continuous improvement loop rather than isolated meetings.

Real-time collaborative board with no refresh needed

✓

First-class support for AI agents via MCP server and CLI

✓

Historical analytics surface patterns humans might miss

Overview

Nudgile is an AI-integrated collaborative retrospective board designed for agile engineering teams. It provides a paper-craft interface where participants can add notes, vote, and discuss in phases (brainstorm, vote, discuss, close). The board supports real-time updates via WebSockets and enforces anonymous attribution during sensitive phases. Nudgile goes beyond single meetings by aggregating data across retros to surface recurring themes, sentiment trends, and stale action items using AI-driven analysis. The platform offers three transports to interact with the same board: a web UI for humans, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI editors like Claude Code or Cursor, and a CLI for terminals and CI/CD pipelines. All interactions are authenticated via scoped personal access tokens, ensuring secure, revocable access. Pre-built retro templates (e.g., Classic, Sailboat, Mad/Sad/Glad) help teams start quickly, and action items sync with external tools like Jira and Linear. The tool is free during its beta period.
